Three days ago, I participated in my first City Council meeting, and it’s clear there will be a learning curve as I settle into this role. Over the next few meetings, my goal is to refine the structure of my reports so they provide clear, useful information to the residents of Bedford.
For now, my council reports will be organized into four sections:
Community Highlights
Positive developments and observations from around the community.
Resident & Business Correspondence
Topics and concerns residents and local businesses have reached out to me about.
Council Actions
Actions I’ve taken and work I’ve completed since the last council meeting.
Ongoing & Upcoming Work
Items I’m currently working on and priorities for the coming weeks.
In addition to my verbal report at each council meeting, I will provide printed copies for anyone in attendance. These reports will also be uploaded to this website so they are accessible to all residents.
As always, I welcome feedback. If you have questions, suggestions, or ideas on how these reports can be improved, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
